誠に勝手ながら、INSONNIA PROJECTS では、ゴールデンウィーク期間中、4/29(火)～5/7(火)のお問い合わせ、配送を下記のとおりとさせていただきます。

ゴールデンウィーク期間中もお問合せフォーム及びメールでのお問合せを受け付けておりますが、問い合わせ内容により、5/7(火)以降順次ご返答となる場合がございます事、ご了承下さい。

◆配送について
ゴールデンウィーク期間中につきましては、下記の通りの配送日程とさせていただきます。

通常配送日：4月30日(火) ~ 5月2日(木)

休業日：5月3日(金)〜5月7日(火)

なお、ご注文の集中や交通事情等の理由により通常よりお届けまでにお時間をいただく場合がございます。あらかじめご了承ください。

※配送についてのお問い合わせは、商品発送後「商品発送完了メール」をお届けしております。メールに記載の送り状番号を元にお問い合わせをお願いいたします。

◆返品返金について
ご返品やご返金のお手続きは、5月9日(月)以降、順次ご対応となります。

We will continue to accept inquiries via the inquiry form and email during Golden Week, but please note that depending on the content of your inquiry, we may respond sequentially after May 7th (Tuesday).

◆About delivery
During the Golden Week period, the delivery schedule will be as follows.
Standard delivery date: April 30th (Tuesday) ~ May 2nd (Thursday)
Closed: May 3rd (Friday) - May 7th (Tuesday)

Please note that delivery may take longer than usual due to a high volume of orders, traffic conditions, etc. Please note.

*For inquiries regarding shipping, we will send you a "Product Shipping Completed Email" after the product is shipped. Please contact us using the invoice number provided in the email.

◆About returned goods and refunds
Return and refund procedures will be handled sequentially from May 9th (Monday) onwards.
